Who this policy applies to

The right of withdrawal is available to a Privileged Buyer, meaning:

a Consumer, i.e. a natural person purchasing in the Shop without a direct connection to their business or professional activity;
a Privileged Entrepreneur, i.e. a natural person concluding a contract directly connected with their business activity, where the contract is not of a professional nature for that person.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded via the Shop within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions set out below.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which:

you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the goods;
you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the last item, lot or part, in the case of a contract for multiple goods delivered separately, in lots or in parts;
you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the first goods, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, for example a letter sent by post or email, to:

You may also withdraw online using the withdrawal function available at https://konner-sohnen.pl/pages/dewalt-return-policy. In that case, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without undue delay, including its content and the date and time of submission.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We will not refund any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. For payments made by payment card, the refund will be made to the bank account linked to that card.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back to DIMAX INTERNATIONAL POLAND sp. z o.o., ul. Południowa 8, 05-830 Stara Wieś, Poland, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If, by their nature, the goods cannot normally be returned by post (e.g. goods delivered on a pallet), you will also bear the direct cost of their return. We will inform you of the estimated amount of these costs in the product description in the Shop or when you place your order.
